Schools Requesting Computers

Computers for Schools places thousands of computers in schools each year. We are a nonprofit organization and we keep prices low. We can't give free computers as we do not receive grants or governmental support. We operate on a cost/recovery basis but we must cover expenses such as trucking, our warehouse and employees.

The best way to order systems is to contact Pat Furr by email. Once you have determined what you need, CFC will send you a proposal. You can develop a Purchase Order based on the proposal and send it to CFC. Once the Purchase Order has been received, CFC will start on your order and will notify you when the order will be completed or delivered.

Schools from outside of California have requested computers, but because of the price of shipping it is often better for you to find a similar organization close to your location. You can visit the Microsoft Registered Refurbisher web site, enter your zip code and find a program closer to you. All of our programs operate differently depending upon the interests and resources available. If you are still having problems finding assistance you can contact Pat Furr for additional advice.
